Building Permit
Permits are required for new construction, additions, accessory buildings, demolition, moving structures, fences, porches, decks, signs and swimming pools. A DIAGRAM OF YOUR PROPERTY IS REQUIRED FOR ANY PERMIT.
Most permits are $15. and are ready within a week or so. A penalty will be charged if you begin a project before getting your permit. Call our Plan Commission Administrator, Ryan Smith, at (765) 480-3983 if you have questions.
